Who we built the audit app for
For our own raw-material purchasing first. Then for everyone who audits suppliers on site and does not want to spend three evenings on the report afterwards.
The importer with organic certification
Bio Suisse, EU organic regulation, hygiene and traceability rules: every checkpoint names the regulation it rests on. Afterwards the audit is not just done, it is evidenced.
The quality manager with three suppliers a year
A week before the visit, the app requests the 23 documents it needs. On site it guides you through the zones. In the evening the report is ready with score and actions.
The operation with no network in the field
Growing area, drying hall, cold store: often no reception. The app needs none. Everything stays in your phone until you export it.

78 checkpoints in six zones
Field, goods receipt, production, storage, loading, traceability. 45 critical, 29 major, 4 minor points. Every point in German, English and one further language.
Three audit levels
The app suggests the level by operation size: 50, 74 or 78 questions. A small grower does not get the same questionnaire as a processor with an export warehouse.
Every point with its regulation
Bio Suisse, EU 2018/848, EU 852/2004 and 853/2004, EU 178/2002, HACCP, IFS Food, ISO 22000, Swiss FSA and FSO. The reference sits next to the point, not in the appendix.
Photos required at critical points
At 20 points, "passed" can only be set once a photo is there. Camera in the app, front and rear camera, with preview and retake. Without camera permission it works through file upload.
Documents before the visit
23 documents in four groups, requested 14 days before the audit: legal, certificates, technical documents, previous audits. What is missing is clear before the visit.
A score you can recalculate
Six answer levels per point, zones weighted (production 30 %, traceability 20 %). A single critical defect means failed, no matter how high the percentage. Below 90 % or more than five major defects means conditional.
Action plan from every defect
Every defect generates an action: five times "Why?" down to the root cause, corrective action, responsible person, deadline. Critical 7 days, major 30, minor 90.
Stays with you
Location by GPS, audit history, drafts that continue the next time you open the app. Export as a file and print from the browser. No server, no cloud, no account with us.
How an audit runs
Prepare
Record the operation, choose the level, request documents. The app shows what has to be there before the visit.
Check on site
Zone by zone, point by point. Rate, photograph, note. Without a network.
Score
The app calculates zones and overall score, applies the rule for critical defects and shows the result: passed, conditional, failed.
Actions and report
For every defect: cause, action, deadline. Export as a file, print for the supplier. Repeat in 60 days if it was conditional.
Under the hood
The audit app is deliberately small: one file that runs in the phone's browser. That is its strength and its limit, and we say both.
One file, no server
The app is a single file with no dependencies. It runs in the phone's browser, stores on the device and calls nothing on the network. What you audit stays with you.
Scoring as a formula, not a feeling
Passed 100, observation 90, minor 50, major and critical 0. Not-applicable points do not count in the denominator. Zones weighted, rules fixed. Two auditors arrive at the same result.
The critical point beats everything
A critical defect means failed, even at 95 %. That is not harshness, that is food law.
Photo as evidence
Pictures are taken in the app, scaled to 1920 pixels and stored with the point. No "passed" without a photo at the 20 points that require one.
Drafts survive the day
An audit takes hours, with interruptions. The app saves continuously and opens at the next start where you left off.
What it is not
Not a multi-user solution, no cloud, no account. The access code is a hurdle against curious eyes, not encryption. The printout is the browser print, not a designed PDF. If you need that, you will find it below.

How you get the audit app
The app comes as a file for your phone, set up with your operation's details. Your own questionnaire, a PDF report or a team version are projects after the analysis, at a fixed price.
Questions about the audit app
No. It replaces the clipboard and the evening spent on the report. Whoever audits, decides and signs remains a person with the necessary qualification. The app makes sure they forget nothing and evidence everything.
Then the audit is gone, unless you exported it. The app stores only on the device, on purpose. If you need backup and history over years, you get the team version we build for that.
